The CBI Corporate team presented an overview of the CBInternational ministry to a small group of young professionals on Saturday, January 7, in Pearland, Texas. They were interested in learning about our ministry process for starting small businesses which glorify God as well as providing resources for their owners.
We shared the CBI Introduction presentation, explaining the Business Development Funding Cycle, and a brief overview of what a Christian Business Alliance and a CBI Affiliate are. Some of the attendees already have a business, and others have a business idea and/or desire to start a business but don’t have the training or knowledge of how to do so.
We are confident they understand that starting and operating any business is a significant investment of time and energy, but owning a Kingdom Business which honors Christ is worth the Shalom it brings.
The feedback comments were very encouraging and provide insight into the next step, which we hope will include other members of the community in the North Houston area as well as potential leadership candidates.
